This is a unique school not least because of our small size, our attractive rural setting, our high expectations and, most importantly, our very student-centred ethos.  Without question our students are our best advertisement.  As our visitors frequently comment, they are confident, articulate, highly motivated, hard-working, friendly and exceptionally well behaved.  Unsurprisingly, in our recent Ofsted inspection our students were again described as “outstanding” and their behaviour as “exemplary”.

Alongside them we are lucky to have a highly qualified and extremely committed team of staff.  One thing all visitors remark on is the enthusiasm and passion for learning they observe from both students and staff in the school.  As a result our students are exceptionally successful as can be seen in the number of top national awards and accolades the school has received for their achievement.
